Review: The Body Shop Colourglide Shine

Do you remember I've told you about the Colourglide Shine by Body Shop (cliiick!). Well, one of these babies has a place in my make up bag!

I have the 06 Vintage Rose, a smokey pink shade, great for every skin colour and occasion. It leaves a touch of gold in my lips, without being too much.

Perfect combo of the best of both lipstick and gloss. Easy to apply,it glides easily on across your lips and there's no need to use a lip liner. I love its sheer colour and the extra shine that gives in my lips.

I didn't expect it, but the pigmentation is pretty good; more than a gloss but less than a lipstick.

It lasts for so long! Even when the shine has gone, the colour was still on my lips! Just amazing!

It costs €10, a reasonable price for this baby!


If I am going to buy more shades? Of course! Next one in  my wishlist is Cheeky Coral.

Monthly Love (April): Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer

I know I am late for April's favorite product, but I had no time to write about it. I have to admit that since my due date I used nearly used no make up products (except one day) but I haven't regret my daily face care routine.

Hmmm...I know! The sticker is a little bit destroyed.Sorry!

It's been about two years I am in love with Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer. That's the only moisturizer I have tried since now that provokes me no breakouts at all and doesn't make my skin greasy.

This moisturizer was the product I used the most during April. In fact, during every month, but I wanted to share it with you!

Love,Love&Madina! Gloss Set Casablanca: A cute gift from beautypaths.eu

I recently realized that my make up bag is full of glosses, lipsticks and blushes. I can't decide which of these I love the most, maybe all of them, but I find it really hard to find the perfect gloss. I hate the ones that are sticky and last for about 30 minutes. I want something more.

About a month ago Konstantinos, one of my favorite bloggers and owner of the on-line store beautypaths.eu, sent me a very cute gift, the perfect cheer up before my due date. It's the Casablanca Gloss Set! 

This cute set contains three volumizing and creamy glosses in natural and delicate shades.

Which one is your favorite? I am totally in love with the second one!

I really like the fact that the glosses aren't sticky at all. They have a lightweight, creamy and delicate formula and feels comfortable wearing them. They are moisturizing while you wear them (keep in mind that I have sensitive lips and lip products often leave my lips dehydrated).
They are very pigmented and you can easily wear them alone. The lasting isn't bad for a gloss: they last about 2 hours on me.
I love the way they smell; that sweet perfume that reminds me of cookies and cakes! Yummy!

As for the packaging, a simple transparent tube with silver details; simple but useful, as you can see th ecolor of the gloss. The applicator is the common brush. Each tube contains 4 ml of product and the set costs 13.10€.

Hair Care: Trying Garnier Naturals Shampoo

Hello beauties!!!

Here are some facts...I do not spend time for my hair. I change my shampoo often, I rarely do any hair treatments, I don't use so many styling products. I am in love with short hair and I haven't changed my hair color since 2009. I am lucky 'cause my hair do not need so much care, as they look healthy (or I think they do) and I love my natural hair color(honey/blond). BUT I like to do diy masks or use specific products for blondes just because I want to make  my natural color look brighter.

It's been about a month that I am using a new shampoo which I liked a lot. I am talking about the Garnier Naturals with chamomile and honey shampoo. As you can understand from the name, it contains natural extracts of chamomile and honey and it is meant for blonde hair, natural or dyed. We all know that chamomile is supposed to lighten your hair, but normally shampoos with that ingredient don't work for me.

This one does a great job! It moisturizes and nourish my hair, leaves them soft and healthy and makes them look shiny.

After a month of using it, I notice that it has brighten the color of my hair and know it looks like I have natural highlights, which I like! It makes my hair look golden, the effect that I normally get during summer, thanks to sunlight.

Another thing that I liked is that it is delicate and does not make my hair greasy. I usually wash my hair every second day, but I've noticed that even after three days my hair didn't get oily(that's unusual for me!)

The fragrance is sweet, probably because of honey, and also has a discrete scent of flower bouquets. It isn't strong at all and I find it very refreshing and relaxing.
